1. Reservation & Access
Confirmation occurs after resident profile validation and the signing of the commitment agreement. Our process is designed to ensure compatibility and stability within the node.
We prioritize supporting the local economy and maintaining privacy in our transactions. Our preferred method is direct cash payment upon check-in (a confirmation message will be sent to your WhatsApp to verify). Alternatively, we accept direct bank transfers; while this is a secure method for international transactions, please note that processing times between different countries may take several business days.
Calendar adjustments are subject to availability and node management protocols. Any change must be formally submitted for re-evaluation.
2. Node Management
All documentation and reservation status are centralized within your reserved area of the Guarida portal, accessible via secure login.
The reservation fee is processed according to the plan established in the occupancy contract, ensuring the space is prepared prior to your arrival.
3. Residency Conduct & Support
Guarida utilizes predictive maintenance protocols. Any deviation from the standard environment is monitored and resolved by our technical team without requiring resident intervention.
Items found are cataloged and kept in custody for a limited period according to our security inventory protocol. Contact operational management for recovery.
