• No Local Guarantor Required: Straightforward and transparent admission process directly managed by the resident owner.
• Mandatory Requirements: Active Portuguese NIF (Tax Number) at contract signing and a valid identification document (Passport / Visa).

• Zero Tolerance for Property Theft: Absolute respect for personal belongings and food of other residents. Any theft will result in immediate police notification and instant contract termination without refund.
